  12. Take 1 Tbsp BBQ sauce or Tacos sauce

  14. Make ready 1 Tsp red chilli sauce
  15. Prepare 2 small chopped tomatoes
  16. Make ready 1/2 Cup boiled kidney beans
  17. Get 1/2 Cup boiled corn
  18. Prepare For Prepare Salsa:
  19. Prepare 2 Small chopped tomato
  20. Take 1 Small chopped onion
  21. Take 2 Tbsp chopped coriander
  22. Make ready as per taste Chopped green chillies
  23. Make ready 1/2 Tsp oregano
  24. Prepare 1/3 Tsp roasted cumin powder
  25. Prepare as per taste Black pepper
  26. Get as per taste Salt
  27. Take 1/2 Tsp lemon juice
  28. Get For dressing:
  29. Prepare 1 mashed Avocado
  30. Prepare 1/2 lemon juice
  31. Make ready as per taste Salt
  32. Prepare 1/2 Tsp chopped coriander
  33. Take 1 Tsp olive oil(optional)
  34. Prepare For Assemble -
  35. Take 6-7 Taco shell (you can easily find in market)
  36. Take Some long chopped lettuce
  37. Take 1-2 Tbsp grated cheese
Instructions to make Veg Tacos:
  1. Take oil in a pan.Add chopped onion and sauté well. Now add all coloured pepper/capsicum.,add chopped red/green chilli and sauté well. Now add salt,crushed black pepper, oregano,red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder,garlic powder and mix it well.
  2. Now add BBQ sauce/ Tacos sauce, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce and mix well. Now add chopped tomato and sauté for 3 minutes. Now add boiled kidney beans and mix well. Add boiled corn and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Now mash partially. Sauté till all water absorbs. Kidney beans mix/Stuffing is ready.
  4. Prepare Salsa - Take chopped tomatoes in a bowl, add chopped onion, chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, oregano, roasted cumin powder,black pepper, salt,lemon juice and mix it well. Now salsa is ready to use.
  5. For dressing- Take avocado in a bow and mashed it,add lemon juice,salt chopped coriander, olive oil(optional) and mix them well.
  6. Assemble Taco - Take Taco shell, put some chopped lettuce,then put beans mix, then avocado dressing, then salsa,grated cheese. Enjoy yummy.
