- Take a pan add oil and sliced onion cook it until it becomes translucent then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, Turmeric powder and half cup of water.
- Tomatoes gal jayen then bhonify the Masala.when masala is ready add potatoes,green chillies and water (Pani itna dalain ke Aloo doob jayen)
- Phir Jab Aloo gal jayen tau uss main omellete,hara dhaniya and garam masala dal dain aur munasib garha kar lain… Yummy Andy Aloo is ready..
