  2. drain spinach really well add to a bowl. dice onion finely add to bowl with all other spices, Worcestershire sauce & parmesan cheese, & butter mix well.
  3. spray a 9&13 baking dish, add in spinach mixture. top with cheese bake 20-25 minutes
