Take 1 cup rawa

Make ready 3 tbsp oil
Get 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

Steps to make Instant rawa idli and Sambhar recipe:
Add curd and salt to the rawa, mix well add water and Eno fruit salt. Mix well untill smooth. Cover the bowl and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Pour the batter into idli plates and place in the idli stand which has an inch of water boiling at it's base. Steam the idlis for 15-20 minutes on medium flame.
Once the idlis have steamed. Take the plates out from the container and remove the Idlis from it.Your delicious Idlis are ready now.
For Sambhar- - Take a pressure pan or a small pressure cooker, add arher dal,chopped lauki,purey of tomatoes,, slit green chillies,Sambhar masala, turmeric powder, salt needed and 1.5 cups of water and close it. Cook Pressure cooker until 3 whistles.
Open after the pressure is released. Mash it well. Add tamarind extract and bring it to boil on medium heat.
For Tadka - Heat oil, add mustard seeds,when it get splutters, add curry leaves to it, now mix it to your Sambhar, Now your Sambhar is ready for serving.
